Website and application hosting on infrastructure I operate in EU data centres — or full administration of servers you already own. Either way, the entire technical side stays with me.

    Website hosting

    A ready-made environment for websites and web services — web server (Nginx, Apache, LiteSpeed), database (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL), and certificate included. You get a working site without your own server and without an administrator on payroll.

    Application hosting

    I run and maintain your application on my environment — containers, runtime, database, and deployments. Includes updates, resource sizing for load, and recovery after outages.

    Backup as a service (Backup & DR)

    Storage space for backups of databases, files, and configurations (Borg, Restic, Veeam), with scheduling, encryption, retention, and regularly tested disaster recovery.

    Virtual and container environments

    Dedicated, isolated environments on virtualization (Proxmox, KVM) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) I operate — separate resources, separate network, and separate data for every client.

    Domains, DNS, and SSL/TLS certificates

    DNS zones hosted on name servers under my administration (BIND, PowerDNS), record and delegation management, plus automated issuance and renewal of certificates (Let’s Encrypt, commercial certificates).

    24/7 monitoring and uptime

    Environments I host are continuously monitored (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana) for availability, performance, and resource usage — I catch outages before a user reports them.

    Hosting stack and control panel deployment (LAMP/LEMP)

    Installation, tuning, and optimization of web servers and database engines, plus deployment of hosting control panels (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk, ISPConfig) and integration with external APIs and billing systems.

    Infrastructure automation (IaC)

    Building and maintaining automation (Ansible, Terraform, Bash, Python) for repeatable environment deployment, account provisioning, and system updates.

    System and network security (hardening)

    Configuring firewalls (iptables, nftables, UFW), protection against DDoS attacks, anti-brute-force systems (Fail2ban), application protection (ModSecurity), and regular security patching.

    Performance optimization and L1/L2/L3 support

    Profiling and tuning web servers and databases for high-traffic loads (Redis, Memcached, Varnish), plus log analysis (syslog, journalctl), incident handling, and service restoration after outages.

MacSpy — Maciej Spychalski

I operate server infrastructure in European data centres and make it available to companies that would rather not maintain a server room or a full-time administrator.

I have spent more than 10 years building, securing, and optimizing advanced Linux server environments. While others put out fires, I design systems that prevent them — combining deep hardware expertise with a modern DevOps approach.

I eliminate bottlenecks and repetitive processes by building dedicated tools in Python and Bash. As a result, applications run faster, deployments stop being stressful, and infrastructure maintenance costs come down.

A passion for open source and IoT lets me deliver flexible solutions tailored to your business — from the physical server hardware up to modern connected systems.

I’m a containerization enthusiast — I work with Docker and Kubernetes daily, continuously testing and expanding that knowledge in my own home lab while keeping up with the latest technologies in the industry.
